openwrt: update nodejs to LEDE v17.01.6 to fix compile issues
...
This updates:
* node
* node-arduino-firmata
* node-cylon
* node-hid
* node-serialport
to their version used in LEDE v17.01.6. This fixes compile errors
appearing on Debian Sid.

Update OpenWrt packages repo to 14.07
...
The only packages we use from this repo are haveged and (now) fastd and its
dependencies, so we can make the switch safely without updating OpenWrt itself
to Barrier Breaker yet.
