ebtables and firewall rules have been moved to
gluon-mesh-batman-adv-core. They'll only be active when site.next_node
is set. gluon-next-node is still required in that case.

Moving the scripts to a common directory not only vastly simplifies the
zzz-gluon-upgrade script, but also allows to define an ordering of such
scripts across packages.
